Distant healing sessions are for those who want to receive the healing benefits of Reiki without meeting with the practitioner in-person. Reiki knows no space or time therefore it can work wherever, whenever. Distant sessions can be done live over the phone or can be sent your way at whatever time you would like. For example, if you wanted a session with the intention of getting more restful sleep, I can channel the energy to be sent to you whenever you go to bed.
